Terms of Service
1. What Accreza is
Accreza is a profit-analytics tool for Amazon sellers. You upload your own Amazon Date Range Transaction reports (or connect authorized data), and the service reconstructs a profit-and-loss breakdown, per-SKU margins, and a prioritized action list. The service is provided as is and is being actively developed — features may change as it matures.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Owners who invite team members are responsible for the access they grant. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Your data stays yours
You retain all rights to the data you upload and to the analytics produced from it. You grant Accreza only the permission needed to process that data and provide the service to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build a competing product. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with data you're authorized to use. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data. When Amazon data is involved, you agree to comply with Amazon's applicable policies.
5. Availability & warranties
We aim for a reliable service but can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and analytics are decision-support — not financial, tax, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and Accreza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
6. Changes & termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
